Joe Huber is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Huber Capital Management LLC.

Prior to founding Huber Capital Management he was a Principal and Director of Research for Hotchkis and Wiley Capital Management, overseeing more than $40 billion in U.S. value asset portfolios. He built a research platform which utilized best practices of fundamental research combined with behavioral psychology to capitalize on the art piece of investing, creating a unique and value-added investment approach.

Prior to joining Hotchkis and Wiley, Mr. Huber served as Portfolio Manager and Director for Merrill Lynch Asset Management and as Portfolio Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York.

Mr. Huber received his BA in statistics and econometrics from Northwestern University where he was departmental valedictorian and received the Directors Award for top graduating GPA amongst student athletes. He received his MBA from University of Chicago with concentrations in accounting and finance, where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He is Series 3, 7, and 63 qualified and is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries (A.S.A.).

Mr. Schloemer is a Principal and Portfolio Manager of Huber Capital Management LLC.

Prior to joining Huber Capital Management Mr. Schloemer was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Canyon Row Capital, a state registered investment advisor focused on concentrated value equity portfolios.

He has also worked as a partner and portfolio manager at LeVasseur Capital Partners and Cooper & LeVasseur. Prior to entering the investment industry Mr. Schloemer worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Schloemer graduated magna cum laude with a BA in English from Georgetown University (1990) where he was also elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He received his MBA from Stanford University (1997).

Mr. Peterson is an analyst at Huber Capital Management LLC.

Erik distinguished himself academically by graduating valedictorian of his high school class and receiving a perfect score (2400/2400) on his SATs.

He received a BS degree with honors in Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology in June 2011. Relevant coursework included Stochastic Calculus, Short Rate Models, Derivatives Pricing, Differential Topology, and Credit Risk Analysis. In addition, Erik has relevant experience in computing yield and credit spread curves as well as the implementation of homogeneous credit default option (CDO) models to compute tranche spreads.

Mr. Hoang is an Equity Analyst at Huber Capital Management LLC.

Mr. Hoang specializes in bottom-up fundamental analysis, with a focus on complex financial modeling and assessing the historical drivers of return on invested capital across the consumer discretionary and consumer non-cyclical sector.

Mr. Hoang graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California in May 2026, earning a degree in Accounting and Finance.
