The investment objective of the Mid Cap Value Fund is current income and capital appreciation.
The Mid Cap Value Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in mid-sized capitalization U.S. companies (“mid cap companies”) whose stocks are considered by the Adviser to be undervalued. The Adviser currently considers mid cap companies to be those with market capitalizations in the range of those found in the Bloomberg US 2500 Value Index, which changes constantly. Market capitalization is measured at the time of initial purchase. The Mid Cap Value Fund also normally invests in stocks with high cash dividends or payout yields relative to the market.

The Advisor has contractually agreed to waive all or a portion of its fees through at least 02/28/2023. Mutual fund investing involves risk. Principal loss is possible. Investments in foreign securities involve greater volatility and political, economic and currency risks and differences in accounting methods. The risks are greater for investments in emerging markets. The Mid Cap Value Fund will invest in mid-cap companies which have less liquidity and greater volatility than larger companies. Additionally, the Funds are subject to sector emphasis risk meaning that companies in the same or related businesses may comprise a significant portion of a Fund’s portfolio and adversely affect the value of the portfolio to a greater extent than if such business comprised a lesser portion of a portfolio. Investments in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) carry additional risk such as market and liquidity risk and can fluctuate considerably. When the Fund’s asset base is small, the impact of IPOs on the Fund’s performance could be magnified. You should consider the Huber Funds’ investment objectives, risks and charges and expenses carefully before you invest. The Funds’ prospectus, which can be obtained by calling 1-888-482-3726 (888-HUBERCM), contains this and other information about the Funds. Please read the prospectus carefully before you invest. You may also print the current prospectus from this website under “Download Center/Fund Materials”. The Bloomberg US 2500 Value Index measures the performance of those Bloomberg US 2500 companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. The index does not reflect the payment of transaction costs, fees and expenses associated with an investment in the Fund. The Fund’s value disciplines may prevent or restrict investment in major stocks in the benchmark indices. It is not possible to invest directly in an index. The Fund’s returns may not correlate with the returns of their benchmark indexes. The Huber Funds are distributed by Quasar Distributors, LLC
