Huber Capital Management, LLC’s Select SMID Cap Value strategy seeks long-term total investment return through capital appreciation, generally investing its assets in 40-60 common stocks of U.S. companies with capitalizations between $500 million – $15 billion and whose stocks are considered by the Adviser to be undervalued. The primary benchmark for the strategy is the Bloomberg US 2500 Value Index.
The Select SMID Cap Value strategy may also invest in stocks with high cash dividends or payout yields relative to its broader index. However, it may also invest in stocks that do not pay dividends, have growth potential unrecognized by the market or have undergone changes in business or management that indicate growth potential.
